i mean is it my wisdom teeth or what

help its hurts and also what can i do to ease that pain

My teeth hurt help??
It's probably a tooth near the empty space. With toothaches, it's relly hard to tell which one is hurting without an x-ray, since the whole area swells and hurts.

You need to see a dentist - there's nothing else you can do.
Reply:Ask your dentist, please. If this site is how you want to treat your teeth, save money for dentures,
Reply:Should have been an illegal so that you could get your grill worked on for free.
Reply:If its just gums.

maybe food got in there.

that happened to me before.

my dentist just told me to keep it clean and the pain went away.

or you could of cut urself with food
Reply:could be wisdom teeth bad news the only way to relive the painis to get them taken out. If it is wisdom teeth it is called teething pain. kinda makes you feel sorry for babies who deal with it everyday for months.
Reply:Go to walgreens and get some of that "origel"

it's to help babies when they are teething but it works for adults too...

you just dab a little on your finger and rub it on the sore spot...

couple of bucks ...tops
Reply:Well if the tooth that had the root canal done on it, is broken then that means it has got re infected. Once you get a root canal done, you HAVE TO put a crown over it, to protect it. If you do not do this, then a bunch of money has been wasted, because it will always break sooner or later. Now there is nothing else you can do, but go have the tooth taken out. Like i said before, it has either gotten reinfected, or has split.
Reply:Hi! I'm assuming the tooth was professionally extracted. If NOT that is a huge other problem. You are probably getting a wisdom tooth. They can hurt a lot. If they are rotated in the jaw, only an x-ray can tell the dentist this, it will have to be surgically removed. Please make an appointment now because waiting is only going to make it worse. In the mean time you can take 2x the strength of an over the counter medication that you are use to. So if you have taken 1-2 Motrin you can take 3-4. Please advise your dentist and parents before you do. Only surgery will help it the tooth is growing inside the bone. Normally widom teeth would erupt straight out, but with the shrinking of the average humans jaw, there is no place for the third molars. AND in the last 2 generations, the wisdom teeth are coming in on a average of 3-5 years sooner! I just had to send a 12 year for it and when I started in dentistry it was 18!!

Try this also, buy EXTRA strength baby oragel. This is great. Do NOT USE ambesol as this burns the gum and actually makes it worse. Rinse with warm salt water if and when the tooth breaks through. If you have any other questions, please ask, I will try to help you. Marie
Reply:Hope your tooth feels better. The pain could be from a growing wisdom tooth or other dental problems. Please see a dentist as soon as you are able to. (Financially). It is important to visit a dentist atleast once a year to have your teeth cleaned and checked for any underlying dental problems. Your parents could provide dental coverage through their employers or through your state's sponsored programs such as medicaid. Also, you could start saving some money atleat for cleaning and check up while you wait for dental coverage. This will save you lot's of money and dental problems in the long run.

Oh, one more thing. Avoid Candy and sugary food or drinks. You are 14 and already had a root canal. I know kids love candy but try to avoid it at all costs. Brush your teeth after meals and snacks. Prevention helps your teeth stay strong and healthy for a long time.

Good luck.
Reply:Ok I understand you don't have insurance but you need to go to the dentist. Check the area where you live is there a dental school? They don't charge and would love to have you as a patient. The schools are supervised by REAL dentists it is not just students. OR go to a regular office most will accept payment plans who knows it may be a simple solution.

Second, all RCT (root canals) are NOT always successful there could have been a hidden root they missed or it can just reinfect. If this is the case it is urgent to get care. The way to tell if that is what it is, is to press your finger on the gum above the tooth if it's sore it's reinfected.

For pain take advil, but please take care of yourself, and see someone.
